5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item delivered by Onlinebazarpro.shop.
• If the return is approved, customers must send the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
6. Refund Method
• Approved refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer or store credit.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange replacement of the product (subject to stock availability). If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
